Bobo.id - Simple past tense adalah sebuah pola atau aturan kalimat yang menunjukkan sebuah aktivitas yang telah terjadi di masa lalu atau di waktu lampau.
Dalam Bahasa Inggris, past memiliki arti lampau atau lalu, berarti kejadian yang sedang diceritakan adalah kejadian yang telah terjadi.
Rumus simple past tense adalah:
(+) - Verbal: Subject + Verb 2
- Nominal : Subject + was/were + nominal
(-) - Verbal: Subject + Verb 2
- Nominal : Subject + was/were + nominal
(?) - Verbal: Did + subject + Verb 1?
- Nominal: Was/were + Subject + nominal
