Computer are machine that handle information automatically. They can perform calculations and process data. Computers can work with numbers to solve problems in afew seconds. Computers can remembers a great deal of information. That is why computers are widely used in places, such as banks, offices, dan companies.
Computers work like calculators. But most calculators can do only one thing at a time. We tell them to do by pressing various buttons. To do the same work, we can give a series of instructions to a computer. We call this a computer program. If we set up a program, the computer can provide a program, the computer can do all this work automatically without further help or instruction.
A computer stores and handles numbers. The numbers may be mathematical formulas or columns of figures. The numbers may also be codes that stand for letters of the alphabet, words, or instructions to the computer.
Contoh 2: Komputer
Komputer adalah mesin yang menangani informasi secara otomatis. Mereka dapat melakukan perhitungan dan memproses data. Komputer dapat bekerja dengan angka untuk memecahkan masalah dalam beberapa detik. Komputer dapat mengingat banyak informasi. Itulah sebabnya komputer banyak digunakan di berbagai tempat, seperti bank, kantor, dan perusahaan.
Komputer bekerja seperti kalkulator. Tetapi kebanyakan kalkulator hanya dapat melakukan satu hal dalam satu waktu. Kami menyuruh mereka melakukannya dengan menekan berbagai tombol. Untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang sama, kita dapat memberikan serangkaian instruksi ke komputer. Kami menyebutnya program komputer. Jika kita membuat program, komputer dapat menyediakan program, komputer dapat melakukan semua pekerjaan ini secara otomatis tanpa bantuan atau instruksi lebih lanjut.
Komputer menyimpan dan menangani angka. Angka-angka mungkin rumus matematika atau kolom angka. Angka juga dapat berupa kode yang mewakili huruf alfabet, kata, atau instruksi ke komputer.

An earthquake (also known as a quake, tremor or temblor) is the shaking of the surface of the Earth resulting from a sudden release of energy in the Earth's lithosphere that creates seismic waves.
Earthquakes can range in intensity, from those that are so weak that they cannot be felt, to those violent enough to propel objects and people into the air and wreak destruction across entire cities. The seismic activity of an area is the frequency, type, and size of earthquakes experienced over a particular time period.
The seismicity at a particular location in the Earth is the average rate of seismic energy release per unit volume. The word tremor is also used for non-earthquake seismic rumbling.
