1. You plan to do the Biology project at the library after school. You ask your classmate, Rina, to do it together with you.

A: I am going to do my biology project at the library after school. Rina, are you going to do that today, too?

B: Yes. I am going to do it today. The sooner we finish it the better. We can go to the library together.

2. You plan to go to the movie this weekend. You ask several friends to go with you. Two of your friends definitely agree with you, but the other two cannot make up their minds. Use the expressions in the previous section in the conversation.

A: Let's go to the cinema this weekend! Would you join me, guys?

B: I am in. I don't have plans for this weekend.

C: I will definitely join you. There is a movie I'd like to watch. How about you? Would you go?

D: I don't know, guys. Would you guys hang out until 10 PM? Because my mother forbid me to go out for that long.

E: Same. I would like to go to cinema, but my parents are so strict. My curfew is until 9.30 PM.

A: Don't worry, guys. We will go out at 6.30 PM. After watching the movie, we will go back home.

3. School holiday is coming soon. You plan to go to your grandma’s house in the country. You want to find out what your friend is planning. Use the expressions in the previous section in the conversation.

A: Finally, the school holiday is just in the corner!

B: Tell me about it! I am glad this semester is finally closed!

A: What will do in the school holiday? I am going to visit my grandma.

B: Nice! I am going to Lombok with my family. Is your grandma lives faraway?

A: She lives in Malang, East Java. We will travel to Malang the day after tomorrow. We will stay there for 10 days. How about you?

B: Well, my family have a little villa near the Pink Beach Lombok. So, we will likely stay there for 2 weeks.

4. It will be the school’s anniversary next month. You and your classmates are discussing the plan for the class performance. One of them seems to disagree with the idea because he thinks that it will need a lot of money. Use the expressions in the previous section in the conversation.

A: Guys, any ideas for the school anniversary next month? I have an idea, that we will play the traditional drama and traditional dance for the class performance.

B: I like the idea! The other class have planned modern dance and music band. I think it would be so wonderful if we go traditional in this one.

C: Nice idea. But, I am concern about the budget. Full traditional drama and traditional dance is very expensive. It will need five times more from our original budget.

A: Then, maybe we should perform either theater or traditional dance only?

C: That should be enough, yes. It will cost not as expensive as your idea before.

B: I would like to perform in a drama. It so unique. What would you say?

A/C: Then traditional drama it is!

5. A friend is absent because she/he is sick. You and your classmates plan to visit her/him this afternoon. However, one of them makes an excuse for not going. Use the expressions in the previous section in the conversation.

A: I will visit our friend that sick today. Who will come with me?

B: I will!

C: I will come with you. I have prepared a fruit basket.

D: I am sorry. I would like to come to. But, my schedule is booked today. I will attend the Mandarin class after school.
